General questions
What do you offer?
We offer Harry Potter-themed quests, masterclasses and birthday parties for adults and children. We also have a shop with hand-crafted souvenirs and other magical knick-knacks.
Do I need to be familiar with Harry Potter universe to participate?
No. While a seasoned fan will enjoy references to their favorite series, knowing anything about Harry Potter is not a prerequisite. Our activities can be enjoyed by all.
Do I have to book my visit in advance?
Yes. For many activities we accept bookings up to 3 hours beforehand.
How do I book?
Choose an activity you like and press button "Schedule your time". Choose a time slot that suits you and press "Book now".

Can I take photos and film during the activites?
Yes, you can take photos and film everyting around you, including actors. You can also post that on social media. Don't forget to tag us @weasgley!
If you are planning your photos taken professionally, be advised that our space is very dark so bring additional lighting.
Participants and their age
What age are your activities suitable for?
Our entertainment is interesting for both adults and children, spending their time together or separately.
Lowest age for independent participation for some of our activities is 8 years. Look for a label 8+/9+/10+/16+ on the product page to determine appropriate age.
My child is 4-7 years old but we still want to visit. What are our options?
You can book a quest or a masterclass. Child that is younger than specified must be accompanied and assisted by a parent at all times.
Please note that some activities during your visit will be too difficult our too scary for younger audience.
If you insist on visiting with younger children, chose an easier activity like the "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" quest.
What is the maximum number of participants?
- For "Coin hunt" game it's 1 or 2 people.
- For quests and masterclasses it's 4 or 6 people depending on chosen activity.
- For parties it's 12 people.
Timing and pricing
How much do your activities cost?
- Our activities start from 20€ per half-an-hour "Coin hunt" game for one and 40€ for two participants.
- Masterclasses range from 50€ to 240€ depending on masterclass and number of participants.
- Quests range from 80€ to 120€ depending on plot and number of participants.
- Birthday parties range from 200€ to 400€ depending on program and number of participants.
How much time will my visit take?
- "Coin hunt" game will take 30 minutes.
- Quests take up to an hour.
- Length of masterclasses varies between 1 and 2.5 hours depending on chosen masterclass.
- Birthday parties take 2 or 3 hours depending on chosen program.
Location
Where are you located and how to find you?
We are located in Riga, on Pulkveža Brieža iela 6. Entrance is directly from the street - look for the black signboard that says "Weasgley Craft & Magic". There are several steps leading downards into the basement.
Is there a parking?
There is a street parking available (Rīgas Satiksme pay zone B). It's free on Sundays.
What's your timetable?
We work by appointment. You can book an activity in advance any day between 10:30 and 21:30.
The shop is open when we have appointments. Most of the days it's open from 12 to 18, but drop us a message (we usually answer within an hour) or call +371 28 704 860 in advance if you just want to visit the shop, we will ensure somebody is there.

Payment and delivery
How can I pay?
- You can pay through the website when booking.
- Alternatively, choose "Cash" option when finalizing booking to pay at the spot. We accept cards and cash.
- Gift cards are accepted in our physical shop. If you'd like to use it in the online shop, drop us a message.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we do. At the moment we deliver in Latvia. If you are in another country and want to order from us, drop us a message.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do. Here you can buy a digital version or drop by our shop to buy a physical one.
The gift card can be used for purchasing both souvenirs and entertainment.
Quests
Can we stay after the quest to have birthday cake?
Yes, we have a large table available so you can stay and organize a feast here for an additional 30€ per 30 extra minutes or 50€ per 60 extra minutes.
However, if you are planning more than 6 guests OR if you want an actor to guide you trhough the quest, book a party instead.
Are your quests just for children?
No, our quests were originally designed for adults but these quests use such mechanics that are accessible to children starting from about 8 years years of age.
Is it intereting for both children and adults to participate together?
Yes, our quests are excellent for children and adults participating together. Adults don't have much of an advantage because everybody is learning how to do spells wih a magic wand from the very beginning.
Birthday parties
What do I need to bring?
If you are organizing a feast bring your own food and beverages as well as single-use plates, cutlery and cups.
We have a knife for the cake, a kettle and a lighter available on the spot.
How early do I need to come?
Do not come earlier than 10 minutes prior to the agreed time. It's hard for children to wait a long time for the party to start.
First, children will play, only then there will be time for the table. Table can be set up when there's about 1 hour left till the end of the party.
Can an adult have a party here?
Yes, absolutely, our party program is interesting for adults too whether it is a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party or just a fun evening with friends.
Can adults stay while children are playing?
One adult can stay with children to take photos and film while they are playing. Adults are strongly advised not to help children with the game though.
If there are more than one adult willing to stay, we will organize a table for them to sit at and enjoy brought food and beverages while their children. If that's the case, let us know in advance by leaving us a message or calling so that we prepare a cozy space for you.
If adults want to participate with children, each adult counts as a participant and has to be paid for.
